Affiliate disclosure
As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. That sentence is in the footer of every page on this site and it is the honest description of how the site is paid for.
What that means
Buying buttons carry a tracking code. If you buy after following one, we may receive a small commission. You pay the same price either way, and the commission comes out of the margin at the other end, not out of your pocket.
What it does not change
- The pieces on the front page are ranked by the ratings people have left on them, not by what pays best. Commission is a percentage, so a cheap chair and a dear one pay at the same rate.
- Reviews on the front page include four star reviews. A wall of five stars is a marketing page, not a catalog.
- Where a piece is the wrong tool, the writing says so. A criss-cross chair is the wrong chair for a person who wants armrests, and our own guide tells them to buy the other one.
- Measurements are printed beside prices precisely because they sometimes rule a piece out.
Where the buying happens
Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. We do not see your payment details at any point, and we have no part in the order after the click.
