What we can help with

• Whether a piece fits: seat widths, desk lengths, the height a stool actually adjusts through, and what a stated weight rating means.
• Anything on this site that looks wrong. A wrong price or a wrong measurement is the error we most want to hear about, because it is the number people act on.
• Which chair suits a person who sits cross-legged, which desk suits a bedroom corner, and which pieces are sold as a set of two.

What we cannot help with

We do not take payment or send parcels. Payment, delivery and returns are handled at checkout with our retail partner, not on this site. An order placed there is handled there, and questions about a delivery, a refund or a missing bolt bag have to go to the same place.

Reply times

We answer in the order messages arrive. There is no phone line and no chat window, because a brand this size that promised one would not answer it.
